Diagnostics are a key enabler for reliable railway operation. They allow early detection of faults and provide transparency across the entire asset lifecycle.

Our approach focuses on standardized interfaces that decouple data acquisition from system-specific implementations. The SDI interface family connects field devices, object controllers and external COTS products alike - cascading up into higher-level systems and the Rail Data Space.

Connection gaps are detected automatically: missing data is backfilled from the connected devices, so a complete history is always preserved.
